On 19 August 2013, ANACOM approved an amendment to determination of 7 February 2012, amended and republished by determination of 5 July 2012, as regards the conditions and specifications of each of the components of provision comprising the universal service in respect of specific aspects related to the provision of a complete telephone directory and complete directory enquiry service. It was likewise decided to republish chapter 4 of this determination.
The decision now adopted stems, especially, from the fact that no proposals were presented to the corresponding tender.
