By determination of 4 September 2013, ANACOM has approved the ''2013 Addendum'' to the National Table of Frequency Allocations (NTFA). This updates the prevailing version (NTFA 2010/2011 Version 2), as regards:
1) Availability of the 17.8-18.6 GHz and 18.8-19.3 GHz / 27.6-28.4 GHz and 28.6-29.1 GHz frequency bands for fixed satellite services operating electronic communication services and networks (publicly available and non-publicly available);
2) Bringing the Table into line with Commission Decision 2006/771/EC of 9 November 2006 (as amended) on the harmonisation of the radio spectrum for use by short-range devices;
3) Availability of the 472-479 kHz frequency band for the amateur service and alteration of conditions governing access to the 50-52 MHz and 1270-1300 MHz bands (also for the amateur service);
4) Availability of 5091 5150 MHz frequency band for the mobile aeronautic service, making provision for band applications.
At the same time, approval was given to the report on the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, pursuant to ANACOM determination of 27 June 2013.
