Following public consultations held at the end of 2012, the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) has published the final documents on the following:
- cost allocation rules, particularly with regard to common costs;
- the distortive effects on the market caused by the VAT exemption for universal services and the implication for the net cost calculation;
- market data indicators for the postal sector.
