Order no. 11699-A/2013 of the Minister of Finance and of Economy - Offices of the Secretaries of State for Finance and for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications - has been published in Diário da República (Official Journal) of 9 September. This order appoints the members of the panel overseeing the direct award procedure to select the undertaking to provide the universal service as entailing provision of a comprehensive directory and of a comprehensive telephone directory enquiry service, and delegates to this panel the power to undertake all acts required to conduct this procedure.
