The 7th Congress of the Portuguese Committee of URSI is taking place on 22 November at Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações (Portuguese Communications Foundation), Lisbon. The theme of this year's Congress is dedicated to 'An ocean without borders: technological challenges'', and its works are organised by ANACOM.
