ANACOM has released ITS 2012 Report on Regulation, Supervision and Other Activities.
The report brings together two essential aspects of ANACOM's performance - regulation and supervision - fulfilling the obligation set out under article 26, point d) of its Statutes.
This report is divided into four main sections: ANACOM's mission and activity; regulation; market supervision and oversight; other activities and litigation.
The corresponding opinion of ANACOM's Advisory Council has also been published, as approved at its meeting of 21 October 2013.
