By determination of 5 December 2013, ANACOM approved the final decision on the definition of the methodology for calculating the cost-of-capital rate of PT Comunicações (PTC), which applies from the 2012 accounting year.
The respective draft decision had been approved on 18 October, and notified to the European Commission (EC), to the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and to the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of other Member States of the European Union (EU). On 25 November, the European Commission assessed the notified draft decision, making no comments on the matter.
The final decision now approved will be notified to EC and to BEREC.
