By determination of 12 December 2013, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the renew of the right of use for frequencies (RUF) for the operation of the fixed wireless system (FWA) held by PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), for a 10-year period, and consequently, of the qualifying document that establishes such right (ICP-ANACOM No. 07/2006 - FWA), which applies with effect from 10 December 2014.
It was also determined that PTC must notify this Authority on central stations planned to be deactivated, for the purpose of the amendment to radio license No. 506370 associated to the referred RUF.
This draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure provided for in the Electronic Communications Law, having been established a 20-working day time-limit for comments. Comments must thus be received by 15 January 2014, and should be sent preferably by e-mail to the address renovacao.duf.fwa@anacom.ptmailto:renovacao.duf.fwa@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses, excluding items considered confidential for the purposes of publication on this website.
