ANACOM is making a list of links available on its website, from today, giving access to the conditions governing the offers of the different companies providing electronic communication services (services/offers aimed at consumers - residential segment). By bringing this information together and making it accessible from one place, ANACOM is making it easier for users to consult, access and compare the key terms governing the different offers in the market.
These links are provided to ANACOM by the companies supplying services, in compliance with the stipulations of point xi) of paragraph 5 of the annex to ANACOM determination of 10.10.2011, as regards the object and form of disclosure of conditions of provision and use of electronic communications services. Under the terms of this determination, these links must enable access to the following information on each company: identification details, information on services offered, standard prices, compensation or refund systems, types of maintenance services offered, standard contract conditions and dispute resolution mechanisms.
