This report includes information on the activity undertaken by ICP - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP-ANACOM) during 2012. It has been submitted to the Portuguese Government for submission to the Assembleia da República (Assembly of the Republic) in fulfilment of the stipulations of ICP-ANACOM's Statutes, as approved by Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 December.
In addition to the present report, ICP-ANACOM produces other regular publications (Spectru newsletter, statistics on the various services), and also an annual report on the state of communications and three-year management plan; together these publications provide stakeholders with a wide range of information on the electronic communications sector and on ICP-ANACOM's activities.
