ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações has today approved the launch of a public consultation in Portugal on the future of digital terrestrial television. The consultation document, prepared in conjunction with ERC - Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social (Media Regulatory Authority) can be seen on the websites of the two regulators.
The public consultation contains a list of 30 questions through which the two regulators are seeking to hear from all stakeholders in the development of DTT. The consultation will remain open for working 20 days, so that comments should be submitted no later than 26 May.
