Review of mobile electronic communications market

By determination of 15 May 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the review of the mobile electronic communications market pursuant to article 39 of the Regulation governing the Multiband Auction (Regulation no. 560-A/2001 of 19 October).

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September). Under the procedure, a period of 20 working days has been provided for comments.
