Report on administrative costs and the amount of fees to be charged with respect to the 2013 financial period

By determination of 12 June 2014, ANACOM has approved the report for the year 2013 relating to the administrative costs and the amount of fees to be charged, pursuant to points a) to d) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 5 of article 105 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September) and has decided to publish the report on its website.

ANACOM also approved a refund, payable to the various suppliers of electronic communications networks and services, of 12,448,610.32 euros, due to the reduction in regulation costs achieved in the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 resulting from the cancellation of provisions.
