By determination of 12 June 2014, ANACOM has approved the report (for 2013) on administrative costs and the amount of fees to be charged, in accordance with the provisions of Article 105 of LCE - Lei da Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law).
ANACOM also approved a refund, payable to the various suppliers of electronic communications networks and services, of 12,448,610.32 euros, due to the reduction in regulation costs achieved in the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 resulting from the cancellation of provisions.
