Extension of the public consultation on the implementation of a fixed termination cost model

By order of the vice-chairman of ANACOM's Management Board of 22 August 2014, ANACOM has partially granted a request to extend the deadline for responding to the prior hearing and general consultation on the implementation of a fixed termination cost model until 5 September 2014.

As regards the draft decision on the definition of the wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location, the assessment of significant market power (SMP) in this market and on the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations, the period currently allowed for responses - 26 August 2104 - is maintained.

This decision is subject to ratification by the Management Board at its next ordinary meeting.
