By decision of 22 August, the deadline for responding to the prior hearing and general consultation on the implementation of a fixed termination cost model was extended until 5 September 2014. This decision has now been ratified by determination of 28 August 2014.
As regards the draft decision on the definition of the wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location, the assessment of significant market power (SMP) in this market and on the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations, the period originally allowed for responses - 26 August 2104 - was maintained.
