Information on coverage, quality of service and site-sharing policy submitted by providers of terrestrial electronic communications services

By decision of 13 November 2014, ANACOM has approved the questionnaire on coverage, quality of service and implementation of site-sharing policy to be completed and sent to ANACOM by companies holding rights of use of frequencies included in the titles issued on 9 March 2012 for provision of terrestrial electronic communications services.

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of interested parties to which the respective draft decision, as approved on 21 August 2014, was submitted. In response to this procedure, comments were received from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and from Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.

Decision concerning information on coverage, quality of service and site-sharing policy, to be submitted to ICP-ANACOM by undertakings holding rights of use of frequencies for provision of terrestrial electronic communications services (ICP-ANACOM title no. 01/2012, ICP-ANACOM title no. 02/2012 and ICP-ANACOM title no. 03/2012)
