Wholesale market for high-quality access at a fixed location (wholesale leased lines)

By determination of 19 December 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the wholesale market for high-quality access at a fixed location (wholesale leased lines), on the assessment of significant market power (SMP) in this market and on the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.

ANACOM decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative proceeding Code), and also to the general consultation procedure established under article 8 of the Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September). In both cases, interested parties are given a period of 30 working days to respond.
