By decision of 23 January 2015, ANACOM has approved an amendment to the title of the rights of use of frequencies (DUF) for terrestrial electronic communications services, ICP-ANACOM no. 01/2012, issued to Optimus - Comunicações (Optimus), under the terms of endorsement no. 2 thereto, following a change in the name of the company from Optimus to NOS - Comunicações (NOS).
