Information has been updated on ANACOM's website on the conditions governing offers from companies providing electronic communications services as regards services/offers directed at consumers (residential segment).
This information is communicated by providers in compliance with the provisions of point xi) of section 5 of the annex to ANACOM determination of 10 October 2011, on the object and form of disclosure of conditions governing the provision and use of electronic communications services. Under the terms of this determination, the links provided for disclosure should give access to the following information about each company: identification, information on the services offered, standard prices; compensation or refund schemes, types of maintenance services offered, standard contractual conditions and conflict resolution mechanisms.
By centralising and disseminating this information, ANACOM is making it easier for users to query and access the relevant information they need to compare the different offers available to them.
