A report regarding the study QoS-GSM-Survey on Quality of Service of Mobile Networks has been published, based on activities in the field developed by Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP) since the beginning of the year 2000. The land mobile service operators - TMN, TELECEL e OPTIMUS - and DECO - a private consumer organisation - were involved in the definition of the methodology applied.
