The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) has submitted a questionnaire to public consultation with a view to investigating and assessing the requirements for cognitive radio enabled short range devices (SRDs) and any potential implications in terms of SRD harmonised technical conditions. The consultation closes on 10 April 2015.
