By determination of 13 March 2015, ANACOM has approved the final decision on setting the minimum value and target value for the quality of service indicator: registered mail transit time (QSI11) at 89% and 91% respectively, to apply in 2016 and 2017.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision (approved on 30 December 204) was submitted.
