ANACOM has been conducting surveys on the use of postal services by Portugal's residential population, once every two years, with the purpose of assessing levels of usage and user perception as to the quality of postal services.
The present survey on the use of postal services was carried out in November and December 2014. A summary of the methodology used is provided in annex.
Some of the results of this Survey are presented below1. In addition to this brief summary, a table of all the questions is provided.

1 All statements in this report about the behaviour of users of postal services are based on the responses given to the survey; as such, it is possible that these results are influenced by errors resulting from non-representative responses.
