On 8 April 2015, notice was published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal) announcing a public tender for the acquisition of a study on applications and content services (over the top - OTT); the tender's launch was approved by ANACOM decision of 1 April 2015.
Proposals from interested parties must be received no later than 4.00 pm on 29 April 2015, submitted using the www.compraspublicas.comhttps://www.compraspublicas.com/ electronic platform.
