ANACOM 2016-2018 Activities Plan submitted to consultation

By decision of 16 April 2015, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public consultation on the strategic guidelines for its Multi-Annual Activities Plan 2016-2018.

Given the objectives of transparency that guide its work and ANACOM's constant focus on improving the quality of regulation, we invite all those who wish to offer input, especially those directly impacted by ANACOM's activities, to give their views on the strategic priorities and action areas envisaged for the 2016-2018 three-year period. ANACOM is seeking these contributions so that they might be considered in its preparation of the Multi-annual Activities Plan.

Notwithstanding any other issues held relevant, ANACOM is seeking reasoned contributions from stakeholders on the following specific questions:

1. Do you agree with the strategic priorities proposed by ANACOM for the 2016-2018 three-year period? Do you have any alternate or additional suggestions?

2. Do you agree with the proposed action areas within each strategic priority? Do you have any alternate or additional suggestions for 2016 or for the following years (2017-2018)?

ANACOM will also examine and consider any comments focusing, in particular, on the actions and specific initiatives which ANACOM plans to undertake in the context of each action area during the period in question (2016-2018).

Interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to respond to the consultation. Comments should therefore be sent, no later than 20 May 2015, by email to Email address. plano2016-2018@anacom.ptmailto:plano2016-2018@anacom.pt.1 Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, respondents should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding any items considered confidential.
