The BEREC Expert Working Group on Net Neutrality (EWG NN) met on 14-15 April in Brussels to examine the first version of the draft report on the viability of developing/defining a Europe-wide common testing system to gauge the quality of Internet access service. The tools of some regulators which will be used for cross-border testing were also identified, along with the regulators that will take part in those tests.
This working group will meet monthly during the first half of 2015.
