Determination of the reference speeds associated with the coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band

By decision of 28 May 2015, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the determination of the reference speeds associated with the coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band for each of the companies subject thereto, i.e. MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties under the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure established pursuant to Article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). In both cases, respondents are given a period of twenty working days to comment.
