The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) held its 23rd plenary session on 4 and 5 June 2015 in Bergen (Norway). It was hosted by Nkom, the national regulatory authority (NRA) for Norway and was chaired by Fátima Barros, BEREC Chair and Chair of the Board of Directors of ANACOM.
