On 10 June 2015, The European Commission (EC) published the results of the public consultation held in September 2014 on the "Lamy Report", which looked at the Ultra High Frequency band (UHF).
The results of the consultation suggest that a coordinated approach at European Union level is needed for a successful release of the 700MHz band, together with a common roadmap and a cost-efficient transition.
Following adoption of the Digital Single Market Strategy for Europe, the European Commission will make specific proposals regarding the band's coordinated release.
