ANACOM has released the report "The Communications Sector 2014", characterising the communications sector in 2014 and explaining its evolution over the year.
The publication is divided into nine chapters: summary of electronic communications; the development of high-speed fixed networks in Portugal; the electronic communications user; bundled offers; internet access service; subscription television service; telephone service at a fixed location and nomadic VoIP; mobile telephone service; and postal services.
The report also features statistical information compiled directly from providers, through consumer surveys of a sampling nature and also through data compiled by national and international institutions that serve as reference to developments in Portugal.
