Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has submitted its draft report on oligopoly analysis and regulation to public consultation, following its discussion and approval at the meeting of the Board of Regulators, which took place in Bergen (Norway), on 4 June 2015.
The report seeks to provide national regulatory authorities with initial assistance in the analysis and regulation of oligopoly markets, setting out different approaches in the definition of these markets.
Interested parties may send their contributions, no later than 1 August 2015, by email to pm@berec.europa.eumailto:pm@berec.europa.eu, (preferably in English).
