By decision of 12 June 2015, ANACOM has approved allocation of a right of use of frequencies to Echostar Mobile for provision of the mobile satellite service in the 2 GHz band (satellite and terrestrial components) in the national territory.
This decision includes the draft title governing the right of use of frequencies, establishing the conditions to which Echostar Mobile is subject in the context of its activity. It was submitted to a prior hearing for a period of 10 working days, so that the company could respond in writing.
It was also decided to amend the National Table of Frequency Allocations (NTFA).
