Notice has been published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Gazette), on 19 June 2015, announcing a public tender for auditing the 2014 and 2015 annual values of the indicators of quality of service, complaints and information requests reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT). The tender was launched following approval by ANACOM decision of 18 June 2015.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on 7 July 2015, using the www.compraspublicas.com https://www.compraspublicas.com/ electronic platform.
