Auditing of the indicators of quality of service, complaints and information requests reported by CTT

By decision of 18 June 2015, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public tender for the auditing of the 2014 and 2015 annual values of the indicators of quality of service, complaints and information requests reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT).

ANACOM has also approved the make-up of the tender panel and the tender documents (specifications and schedule).
