The BEREC Contact Network met on 14-15 May in Budva, Montenegro. It is responsible for preparing BEREC’s plenary meeting.
All issues which will be forwarded to the plenary meeting were examined, specifically the 2014 Activities Report, the “Report on Common Characteristics of Layer 2 Wholesale Access Products in the European Union” and the “Report on Oligopoly Analysis and Regulation”, for approval for public consultation, and the “Report on How Consumers Value Net Neutrality in an Evolving Internet Marketplace: a report into ecosystem dynamics and demand side forces”, for approval for publication. Also discussed was the preparation of BEREC’s working programme for 2016 and several administrative questions concerning the BEREC Office.
