By decision of 22 July 2015, and under the terms of article 105 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114), ANACOM has approved the refund of 446,687.00 euros to the various providers of electronic communications networks and services. This follows a reduction in the costs of regulation in respect of the settlement of 2014 fees, subsequent to the cancellation of constituted provisions.
Likewise, ANACOM has approved amendments to the report on the administrative costs and the resulting values charged in respect of fees payable by providers of electronic communications networks and services to ANACOM with reference to 2014 (as approved by decision of 28 May 2015), with consequent publication of the new version of the report in substitution of the previous version.
