The European Commission (EC) launched a public consultation on contract rules for online purchases of digital content and tangible goods.
This consultation aims to compile the views of interested parties on possible ways forward to remove obstacles of contract law related to cross-border e-commerce within the European Union, so that all consumers might fully benefit from the Digital Single Market.
Contributions may be submitted up until 3 September 2015.
