On 25 June 2015, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the results of the audits of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) presented by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia with reference to 2012.
This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code - approved by Decree-Law no. 442/91 of 15 November, applicable by virtue of article 8 of Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January), and to the general consultation procedure laid down in Article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114 - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September). A period of 20 working days is provided under both procedures for interested parties to comment. Comments in response to the consultation are to be received no later than 24 July 2015, and should be sent by email to auditoria.clsu2012@anacom.ptmailto:auditoria.clsu2012@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding any items considered confidential.
