By decision of 25 June 2015, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the dispute between the DSTelecom Norte and Associação de Municípios da Terra Quente Transmontana on remuneration for access to infrastructure suitable for carrying optical fibre in Terra Quente Transmontana.
This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of the two undertakings concerned under the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) for a period of ten working days, so that they may, if they so see fit, state their positions in writing.
