On 25 June 2015, ANACOM approved rectification of a material error contained in the decision document concerning the criteria governing the pricing of postal services comprising the universal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal, to be in force in the three-year period 2015-2017, and as approved by decision of 21 November 2014.
The rectification refers to a textual error in the formula for calculating the traffic adjustment factor (FCQ) detected on page 33 of this document and in paragraph 4 of Article 2 of the pricing criteria attached to the decision.
