Notice has been published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal), on 20 July 2015, announcing a public tender to conduct a general management programme, with three editions between 2015 and 2017, launched with approval by ANACOM decision of 12 June 2015.
Proposals from interested parties must be received no later than 4:00 pm on 4 August 2015, using the www.compraspublicas.com https://www.compraspublicas.com/ electronic platform.
