Notice has been published in 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal) of 23 July 2015, announcing a public tender for the auditing of the results of the sistema de contabilidade analítica (analytical accounting system) and of the estimates of the net costs of universal service (period of 2014 preceding the current provision of the universal service) as reported by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia. The public tender was launched by ANACOM decision of 23 July 2015.
Proposals from interested parties are to be received no later than 4.00 pm on 10 August 2015, using the www.compraspublicas.com https://www.compraspublicas.com/ electronic platform.
