Calculation of regulation costs for purpose of 2015 fees - electronic communications

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, as amended by Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 2 October, and for the purposes of point b) of paragraph 1 of article 105 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended and republished by Law no 51/2011 of 13 September, and as subsequently amended), ANACOM, by decision of 22 July 2015, has decided as follows:

• to approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communication networks and services (27,820,613 euros), for the purpose of the fees payable in 2015;
• to approve the contracting of services to provide auditing of a relevant set of providers of electronic communication networks and services, in order to verify the relevant revenues of 2014, for the purpose of regulation fees, and to verify turnover, for the purpose of determining the co-funding of the net costs of the universal service.
