MEO's cost of capital rate applicable to 2015 financial period

By decision of 13 August 2015, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on MEO's cost of capital rate applicable to the 2015 financial year, while taking note of the relevant consultancy report prepared by Mazars.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure laid down in Article 8 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114), with a period of 20 working days provided in both cases for interested parties to comment.
