On 13 August 2015, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the cost of capital rate of MEO applicable to the 2015 financial year.
It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties in accordance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Procedure Code - adopted by Decree-Law no. 442/91 of 15 November, applicable by virtue of Article 8 of Decree-Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January), as well as to the general consultation procedure set out in Article 8 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). In both cases, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to comment (in writing and in Portuguese). As such, comments in response to the consultation must be received no later than 14 September 2015, and should be sent by email to consulta.ccapital@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.ccapital@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
