Quality of Service Levels - CTT 2012 and 2013

By decision of 4 September 2015, ANACOM has decided to approve and publish the reports on the verification conducted as regards the indicators of quality of service provided by Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2012 and 2013. This follows an audit arranged by ANACOM and a prior hearing of CTT.
