Reports on quality of service provided by CTT - 2012 and 2013


Following auditing arranged by ANACOM with respect to the levels of quality of service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2012 and 2013, and following a prior hearing of CTT, by decision of 4 September 2015, ANACOM decided to approve and publish the reports on the verification conducted as regards the quality of service levels provided CTT.

This decision stems from ANACOM's obligation to undertake, independently from the universal service provider (CTT), verification of the quality of service levels provided by CTT and to publish the results of the respective report at least on an annual basis.  It also stems from the obligation of the universal service provider (CTT) to measure and publish indicators on the complaints which it receives, as determined by ANACOM.
