"Techdays Aveiro" is being held on 17 and 18 September 2015 at Parque de Exposições de Aveiro (Aveiro EXPO), Portugal. The event is organised by IT - Instituto de Telecomunicações (Telecommunications Institute), University of Aveiro, Associação de Empresas para uma Rede de Inovação - Inova Ria (Companies Association for an Innovation Network) and TICE.PT - Pólo das Tecnologias de Informação, Comunicação e Electrónica (National Portuguese ICT Cluster), in cooperation with Aveiro Municipal Council.
As a sponsor of this event, ANACOM will be present as an exhibitor, showcasing the specific activities that make up its work, in particular spectrum monitoring and control, including its network of probes to monitor the DTT signal. ANACOM will also be presenting its new online tools, used to look up information on the National Table of Frequency Allocations (eNTFA) and Radio Licensing (eLIC), as well as LEC - Laboratório de Ensaios e Calibração (Testing and Calibration Laboratory). Visitors to ANACOM's stand can also see a mobile spectrum monitoring station.
On 18 September, Luisa Mendes, ANACOM's Director of Spectrum Management, will be one of the speakers on the panel "The telecommunications sector: what challenges? Technological evolution".
