The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) held its 24th plenary meeting on 1 and 2 October in Riga, Latvia. The meeting was chaired by Fátima Barros, Chair of BEREC and Chair of ANACOM´s Board of Directors.

- Draft BEREC Report on equivalent access and choice for disabled end-users
- Draft BEREC Report on OTT services
- Draft BEREC Report on Enabling IoT
On 8 October, a public hearing was held to present the results of this plenary.
